Answer: We reccomend you visit San Martin Pinario, the surrounding streets and squares, the market, San Domingos de Bonaval and Alameda parks and the Colexiata de Sar.

Answer: There are many restaurants in the old town as well as the new town. The wine/tapas area is on the Rúa do Franco and on the Rúa da Raiña. We reccomend that you visit the gastronomy section in our web site.

Answer: At the train and bus station.

Answer: By doing the way, and getting your Pilgrim Card stamped at the refuges. You have to do a minimum of 100kms by foot, or 200kms by bike or by horse.

Question: I'm a pilgrim and I've done the Way by bike. How can I get home with my bike?
Answer: -By bus it is only possible on the national network. Reservation is required and costs €3. -By plane, tyres must be disinflated and the handle bars turned 90º -Alternatively send the bike by post or by courier.

Answer: -By foot, the way is sign-posted -By bus with the Arriva bus company. The price is €17.40 return.

Answer: Catch the number 6 bus at the Praza de Galicia, or by foot. The train station is 10mins from the city centre.

Question: How can I get to Vigo or A Coruña?
Answer: There are buses on the hour to Vigo and to A Coruña. Trains run with a very similar frequency. Visit www.renfe.es for more information.

Question: How do I get to the bus station?
Answer: Getting the local bus number 10 from Praza de Galicia. The price is €0.70 and has a frequency every 15-20mins.
